Stephen Pidgeon, JD, Vice President &COO
Stephen Pidgeon is a business executive with over 20 years in executive positions with small cap businesses involved in emerging technologies, including bio-technology, MEMS technology, IT, fiber optic and wireless telecommunications technology. Trained as a business lawyer and holding a doctorate of law of Northwestern School of Law, Mr. Pidgeon also is or has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Western Division of Washington, the United States District Court for the Eastern Division of Washington, the Federal Communications Bar Association, Advocates International, Individual Rights Foundation, Central and Eastern European Law Institute, Human Action League, Federalist Society, ASCAP, Who’s Who in American Business, and Who’s Who. Mr. Pidgeon is particularly experienced in securities and investor transactions, private financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reporting, contract drafting and management, state and federal employment law and compliance, risk management, litigation management, international financial transactions, business operations and support.
